Super Falcons’ goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie, is among sports personalities listed for the eighth Ladies in Sports (LIS) international conference, which will hold in Lagos from June 5 to 7.
According to the organisers, the event is set to inspire women and girls in and through sports.
Facilitator of the event, TegaOnojaife, told The Guardian, yesterday, that the conference, having grown to a three-day event, a fitness and health session will set the tone on June 5, followed by a football clinic for children the next day, before the much-anticipated conference on the final day at the Marriot Hotel, Ikeja.
Apart from Nnadozie, Super Falcons’ forward, Desire Oparanozie and world record holder and Paralympic champion, Folashade Oluwafemiayo, also headline a brilliant lineup of speakers set to grace the conference.
