Storm Isha: Trains cancelled with major delays expected on roads amid dangerous winds and 'do not travel' warning

Storm Isha brought dangerously strong winds to the UK on Sunday (January 21), with trains cancelled, delays on the roads and a 'do not travel' warning issued to the public.
