Steven Naismith reveals Rangers blueprint for Hearts success at Ibrox as he admits 'we've got to suffer'

Steven Naismith has revealed the game plan his Hearts side MUST execute in order to get a result at league leaders Rangers.

The Jambos boss is no stranger to coming up against a Philippe Clement side this season as they lock horns once again this weekend. The last visit to Ibrox required late goals from James Tavernier and Danilo to turn the game around for the home side after a Lawrence Shankland opener. They've played twice more since that meeting with Rangers winning at Hampden in the League Cup semi-final and also coming out on top in a 1-0 win at Tynecastle.

Both sides are full of confidence due to excellent form. Hearts are third and 14 points clear of nearest rivals Kilmarnock in fourth spot in the race to finish best of the rest and secure European football next season. Naismith is out to ensure that good form continues and all three points would move his side to within ten points of Rangers and eight of Celtic with 11 games of the season to go. But in order to cause a big upset in Govan, he has told his players they will need to produce in key areas to stand any chance of success. He told the Edinburgh Evening News: "Out of possession, you need to be organised and disciplined.

"You have to recognise their threats, know when we can do what we've worked on in training and when we need to accept that we've got to suffer. That's one part of it.

"Then, in possession, you must be able to have the ball and make five or 10 passes rather than make two passes and give it away - or two passes and hit a shot which has a 10 per cent chance of becoming a goal.
