Steve Bruce claims West Bromwich Albion's trip to Bristol City this weekend is the biggest game the club have played "in a long, long, time".

West Brom are out to secure successive Championship victories for only the second time since September when they travel to Ashton Gate on Saturday. The Baggies are looking upwards after remaining unbeaten in their last three games, with a 2-2 draw against Huddersfield sandwiched between important victories over Hull City and Fulham.

That 1-0 victory over title favourites Fulham has come as a huge boost for the club's hopes of securing a play-off spot come May, with only six points now separating them and the top six. And Bruce has warned his players that this weekend could be make or break for the club's chances of promotion this term.

Steve Bruce says Daryl Dike is "rampaging" around the West Bromwich Albion training ground, but has revealed the trip to Bristol City this weekend might come too soon for the striker to make his first start since the end of January.

Dike joined West Brom for an undisclosed fee in the winter window and signed a four-and-a-half-year contract at the Hawthorns. He has only played 84 minutes of Championship football for the Baggies, but Bruce is hopeful he can fire his side up the division in the final months of the campaign.
