'Starting to look a player' - Jamie Carragher picks out Manchester United's fast-improving star
Jamie Carragher highlighted Rasmus Hojlund's impressive recent form on Monday Night Football after the Manchester United striker scored the winning goal against Brentford.
Hojlund, 21, missed the first month of the season with a hamstring injury but has now scored twice in three starts. After a trio of late substitute appearances against Crystal Palace, FC Twente and Tottenham Hotspur, the centre-forward replaced Joshua Zirkzee away in Porto.
He opened his account for the campaign within 20 minutes on that first start but did not find the back of the net after remaining in the lineup against Aston Villa before the international break. However, after failing to score for Denmark, Hojlund found form again at Old Trafford against Thomas Frank's team.

Reflecting on that United victory on Monday Night Football, Carragher singled out the Scandinavian striker for particular praise. "Hojlund... I think he's starting to look a player," he conceded.
"I do. I was really impressed with him [Hojlund] a couple of weeks away in Porto; he put a real shift in. Outstanding again at the weekend."
Carragher reiterated his praise after analysing Alejandro Garnacho's goal during the show. "The man who gets the winning goal, I think he's starting to look a player, Hojlund," he restated.
They also looked at that goal during the programme, with the Premier League pundit noticing something specific that the striker did. "The little look from Hojlund there when he gets in," Carragher said. "The little look from Hojlund to the goalkeeper."
