Stacey Solomon has admitted her struggle despite being 'so grateful' as she headed away to work. The TV star is back filming for the next series of her BBC hit Sort Your Life Out.

The much-loved programme sees Stacey, 34, and her team - Dilly Carter, Iwan Carrington and Rob Bent - help new families complete a life-changing declutter of their homes. The third series aired earlier this year and now it's full steam ahead for series number four.

But it means the long days of filming and travelling up and down the country take Stacey away from her young family. Earlier this week, the mum-of-five fans an explanation for her sudden social media silence.

After a weekend of pottering at home with her brood, Stacey suddenly disappeared from social media, which often prompts concern among her loyal following as they know she's usually up for posting what she's up to, both professionally and personally.

However, returning to Instagram on Tuesday evening (July 2), Stacey explained the reason behind her quietness as she shared a picture of herself and her daughter Rose walking towards a building while holding hands to her Stories.

Alongside it, she wrote to her six million followers: "It's been a busy few days... Came up to Ledds on Sunday to help the loveliest family @sortyourlifeout. I came home late last night but our beautiful Dilly couldn't make it up today so me and Rose packed a bag and flew back up here this morning."

She added: "It's been a CRAZY few days. But we finally got there in the warehouse and I'm so excited to be heading back home."
