Stacey Solomon speaks out on returning to previous career and responds to Joe Swash wedding claim

Stacey Solomon has addressed whether she'll ever returning to singing professionally after returning to screens with her new TV show. Fans of the Loose Women star will now presenting wasn't her first gig as her career launched on The X Factor.

Stacey appeared on Simon Cowell's ITV singing competition back in 2009 where she finished in third place behind runner-up Olly Murs and eventual winner Joe McElderry. It was the following year that she appeared on the tenth series of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, which she won, before her career on the small screen was launched.

The 34-year-old has recently returned to screens major move following the recent end of Sort Your Life Out. The popular BBC One show aired the final episode of its third series earlier this month. It returned to the BBC last month and once again saw Stacey and her team - Dilly Carter, Iwan Carrington and Rob Bent - help new families complete a life-changing declutter of their homes.

But following the end of series three, Stacey wasn't away from screens for long as her new show Renovation Rescue has began on Channel 4 and according to the broadcaster it sees Stacey "come to the rescue of homeowners who've been left high and dry by their builders, as she helps them salvage their half-built homes without breaking the bank."

During a recent appearance on This Morning on Monday (April 15), Stacey was quizzed by Ben Shephard, who once hosted The X Factor's spin-off show The Xtra Factor, on whether she would ever return to her roots.
