Stacey Solomon's candid 'real body' update as she says she's 'doing everything for her girls'

Stacey Solomon has been inundated with praise for showing her 'real body' as she shared a candid update with her fans from 'paradise'. The Loose Women star is currently enjoying a sun-soaked break with her husband Joe Swash and their brood.

It was last week that the couple headed off to sunnier climes with their children - Zachary, Leighton, Rex, Rose and Belle. While they didn't disclose their location, the family beamed as they posed by the Jet2 plane before getting ready for take-off.

Taking to Instagram, Stacey, 34, shared the snap of the smiling group on the tarmac and said: "Time to make some memories. Going to switch off and spend time with our pickles. You know when you just need to give them your all & are set. Feel so lucky to take a break & stop still for a little while."

She then added: "I’ve been counting down the minutes to this. Will be FaceTiming the ducks & dogs daily [crying laughing emoji]. Happy Summer Everyone. Be back soon."

Days on and Stacey finally gave her loyal following a small glimpse into her summer fun before she returned again to social media on Sunday (August 11) with an open and honest message which she dedicated to other 'overthinkers'.

In the string of photos, the mum-of-five looked happy and relaxed as she enjoyed time on the beach with her youngsters. Stacey looked fabulous in a yellow bikini with her blonde locks in beachy waves but spoke about some of the apprehension she felt ahead of her break about slipping into a bikini.
