Spurs now eyeing "outrageous" £42m-rated "phenomenon", he's Conte's perfect player - opinion

Tottenham Hotspur are the latest team to be linked with a move for Youri Tielemans ahead of the summer transfer window…

According to Italian outlet Calciomercato, Spurs are battling Premier League rivals Liverpool and Manchester United, as well as Serie A giants Juventus to his signature.
