Spiderman urges Harry Kane to snub Manchester United transfer

Spiderman actor and Tottenham Hotspur fan Tom Holland has urged Harry Kane to join Real Madrid ahead of Manchester United.

The Spurs captain's future is uncertain with 12 months left on his current deal. Manchester United want to sign a striker this summer as their top priority, alongside trying to finalise a deal for Mason Mount.

They have been put off by Daniel Levy's reluctance to sell Kane. United and Tottenham have a fractured relationship and haven't done business on an Old Trafford arrival since Dimitar Berbatov in 2008.

Karim Benzema's exit from Real Madrid has created a vacancy up front for the Spanish giants and further fuelled rumours Kane could leave. Real also want Kylian Mbappe and would have ideally preferred Benzema to stay in the Spanish capital for another year.

With that in mind, Holland wants Kane to go to Madrid and earn the trophies his career deserves. Weirdly, he also urged Son Heung-Min, his favourite Tottenham player, to do the same.

"Go to Madrid. Go and be the best football player in the world that you deserve to be," he said of Kane. He was then asked his favourite player and said: "Son, and I'd say go with him! Go together! Go and win the Champions League together, please!"

Kane has been tight-lipped on his future and United are exploring other targets. Atalanta striker Ramus Hojlund has been scouted but the asking price of over £80million is a stumbling block. Eintracht Frankfurt forward Randal Kolo Muani is another target. Bayern Munich have also been linked with the French attacker.
