Southern Counties East round-up: Whitstable’s history-making FA Cup run ends with 5-1 defeat at National League Wealdstone in final qualifying round

Southern Counties East club Whitstable bowed out of the FA Cup after a history-making run.

Town, playing in the final qualifying round for the first time, lost 5-1 at National League Wealdstone.

All the goals came in the second half as Hythe lost 3-0 at home to Sutton Athletic.

Jake Embery and Ashton Mitford led Bearsted to a 2-0 victory at Phoenix Sports.
