Southern Counties East round-up: Whitstable’s history-making FA Cup run ends with 5-1 defeat at National League Wealdstone in final qualifying round

Southern Counties East club Whitstable bowed out of the FA Cup after a history-making run.

Town, playing in the final qualifying round for the first time, lost 5-1 at National League Wealdstone.

There were doubles for Micah Obiero - including a fourth-minute opener - and Olufela Olomola, with Omar Mussa also on target as the hosts led 5-0 at half-time.

Dean Grant replied two minutes after the break for a Whitstable side who never gave up.
