Southampton: £30m Hasenhuttl target 'fits the mould' at St Mary's

Southampton target Keane Lewis-Potter “definitely fits the mould” at St Mary’s Stadium, according to The Sun journalist Tom Barclay.

The 21-year-old has caught the eye of several Premier League clubs following his explosive form in the Championship for Hull City, with Ralph Hasenhuttl’s side one of those in the running for his signature.

Lewis-Potter first became of interest when he scored 13 goals and laid on six assists to fire the Tigers to League One promotion last season.

He told GIVEMESPORT: “He’s a player who seems to be really highly-rated. I can’t claim to have watched too much of him, because the only time I would have had a chance was with [England] Under-21s, but he didn’t get that much game-time.

“But people seem to talk about him being a really good player, and he definitely fits the mould of a Southampton signing, if they can afford him.”
