Son of NFL Hall of Famer Marvin Harrison dazzles as incredible workout footage emerges
The son of Hall of Fame wide receiver Marvin Harrison, Marvin Harrison Jr, has shown off his incredible speed in a training video whilst in college.
It’s fair to say that wide receivers are currently the biggest and hottest commodity right now in the National Football League, no better exemplified than the recent NFL Draft, which saw as many as 6 go in the first round, with as many as 28 going in total.
Just who the next big-name player that is going to emerge might be is as yet unclear, but one person who is doing all he can to make sure that it’s him is Marvin Harrison Jr, who is currently a sophomore with the Ohio State Buckeyes, and this could very well be his breakout year.
Having sat as a reserve for most of the 2021 season behind the likes of Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson, both men who were selected in the first round of the 2022 Draft, he broke out during the 2022 Rose Bowl, a game that saw him catch three touchdowns as the other two men were preparing for their professional life.
The name Marvin Harrison is one that should be very familiar to NFL fans, as Jr’s dad was one of the premier wide receivers during the 2000s with the Indianapolis Colts, forming an electric partnership opposite alongside Reggie Wayne in an offence that was led by Peyton Manning.
He put up over 15,000 yards across the regular and postseason to go along with 130 touchdowns and a list of NFL records that would be far too long to list here, which made him pretty much a shoo-in for the Hall of Fame when he was inducted in 2016:
Happy birthday to Hall of Fame WR Marvin Harrison! @Colts
