Sky Sports confirm final day play-off plans as Sheffield United and Middlesbrough hope for glory

Sky Sports have confirmed their plans for live broadcast of the final day of the Championship season. Four teams are battling for the final two play-off spots, with Sheffield United in pole position.

The Blades kick off the day in fifth place and entertain Fulham at Bramall Lane knowing victory will guarantee them a play-off position. Anything less and they will be looking nervously over their shoulders at what is happening elsewhere in the division.

Luton Town are sixth and on level points with Paul Heckingbottom's men. They entertain Reading knowing destiny is also in their own hands.

Middlesbrough in seventh not only need to beat Preston North End away but also hope the Royals or Marco Silva's newly crowned champions can do them a favour. Also hoping to sneak in are Millwall in eighth, who are three points behind Luton and with a better goal difference.

The Lions travel to already-promoted Bournemouth hoping their players are still enjoying their midweek success over Nottingham Forest. And Sky Sports have decided to send their live cameras to Kenilworth Road for the clash between Luton and Reading. They will, however, be showing live goal updates from around the grounds as they go in.

United's D-Day clash with Fulham gets under way at 12:30pm and victory will secure a play-off date against either Huddersfield or Nottingham Forest.
