Cardiff City take on Sheffield Wednesday today in the last instalment of Championship action before Christmas.

The Bluebirds head into the game on the back of some poor form, having lost four of their last five matches. After a really positive start to the campaign, there is a danger of this run fizzling out mid-season, but Erol Bulut is desperate to get his side into the January transfer window without losing any more ground.
