It is highly likely Sheffield Wednesday will be in the market for a new goalkeeper this summer. Northern Ireland international Bailey Peacock-Farrell is set to return to his parent club Burnley following a successful loan spell with the Owls.
With Wednesday failing in their mission to secure promotion back to the Championship at the first time of asking, the chances are Peacock-Farrell will not return to Hillsborough next year. The 25-year-old appeared to wave goodbye to Wednesdayites after their heart-breaking play-off defeat to Sunderland.
Whoever comes in for Peacock-Farrell will have big shoes to fill. Peacock-Farrell recorded 17 clean sheets in 48 appearances across all competitions this season.

The Owls were recently linked with a move for Shrewsbury Town shot-stopper Marko Maroši. The former Doncaster Rovers player has been a first-team regular for the Shrews since joining the League One club after the expiry of his Coventry City contract.
