Sharks lose speedy winger to French club Lyon
Sharks winger Thaakir Abrahams has signed a two-year contract with Lyon, the French club confirmed on Monday.

A former Junior Springbok, Abrahams is equally at home at fullback and has represented the Sharks since 2020.
So far this season, he has scored 4 tries in 8 matches in the United Rugby Championship.
He will join his new club on 1 July this year.
Lyon currently sit in 4th position in the Top 14 having won 12 of 21 matches played so far this season.
