He was staying at the five-star Samujana Villas resort with four friends when he was found unresponsive in a bedroom. Authorities have since ruled that Warne died from “natural causes”.

Posting on Instagram, Simone - who was married to Warne from 1995 to 2005 - spoke of his devotion to their three children.

“Shane’s greatest love, our children Brooke, Jackson & Summer,” she wrote alongside the video.

“Shane was taken too soon from their young lives.

“Eternal love remains and will never leave.”

Adding a series of broken heart emojis, she added: “Vale Shane.”

The video featured a series family photos and a video of Warne with his children over the years, as well as shots of the cricket legend at the beach and celebrating.

The tribute is set to the song My Way, by Frank Sinatra.

Simone’s post comes a day after she and members of the Warne family shared touching tributes to their loved one.

In her own statement, Simone, a yoga and wellness teacher, said: “Who bring a light so great to the world that even after they have gone the light remains.”

On Monday night, youngest daughter Summer also posted an open letter to Warne on social media where she spoke of her heartache.
