A second man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a teenager was stabbed to death.

Matthew Daulby, 19, died in hospital after being attacked in Railway Road, Ormskirk, West Lancashire, shortly after midnight on Saturday (July 29).

A second 19-year-old man was also treated for stab wounds, which police say were not serious. He has since been discharged from hospital.

DCI Andy Fallows, from Lancashire Police's Major Investigation Team, said: “This incident has resulted in a young man losing his life and my thoughts remain with Matthew’s loved ones at this time.
