Scottish Football Transfer News: Rangers target England international, Hearts make star offer, Celtic 'most definitely' hopeful of signing £6m ace, Postecoglou hits out at Ibrox 'idiots'

All the latest news and transfer speculation from around the SPFL and Scottish football.

Hearts have made an offer to keep Peter Haring.
