Scott Brown stuns Celtic fans including WWE star as legendary captain pops into Orlando bar to watch historic Treble win

Scott Brown stunned Hoops fans including Hoops-daft WWE star Joe Coffey after joining members of the Orlando Celtic Supporters Club to watch his old side make history with their Scottish Cup final win over Inverness Caledonian Thistle at Hampden on Saturday.

The 37-year-old, who is on the bookies list to replace Ange Postecoglou should he leave for Tottenham Hotspur, is on vacation in Florida after completing his first season in management at Fleetwood Town and the former Celtic and Scotland captain made it a day to remember for supporters.

The Orlando CSC twitter account posted photos of Brown posing with delighted fans and wrote: “What a legend! Scott Brown stopped by at our home to watch the final with us, one of the best surprises everyone could ever hope for!! Thank you so much for everything. Everyone loved it...what a gentleman you are my friend!” Scots ring ace and self-confessed Celtic fan Coffey, who was born in Glasgow, was among those in the Leprechaun Irish pub in Orlando.

He signed up to WWE five years ago and Brown posted a photo of the pair together. Brown played with some of those on display in Hampden, including his successor as captain Callum McGregor and Greg Taylor.
