Scotland vs Ukraine to be shown for FREE on ITV as broadcaster announce coverage despite Premier Sports deal

Scotland's Nations League clash with Ukraine will be shown live on ITV, the broadcaster has announced.

ITV Sport will be showing the game for free from Hampden in addition to the Premier Sports coverage on September 21. The channel landed a deal to show live, free to air coverage of the in a sub-licence agreement with Premier Sports. The coverage will be broadcast UK-wide, with build up coverage beginning at 7pm on both ITV4 and ITV ahead of kick-off at 7.45pm.

The two sides met in June when Ukraine came out 3-1 winners in Glasgow in a World Cup play-off clash that saw Scotland bow out of this winter's competition before it has even started. And with domestic football starting up again in Ukraine in August amid the continuing conflict with Russia, the visitors will be looking for another positive result in a bid to stay top of the Nations League group.

Steve Clarke 's Scotland side will be looking to continue their winning ways after victory on the road in Armenia in their previous Nations League match after a mixed campaign so far.
