Scotland have Spain spooked as Euro 2024 rivals handpick stadium for rematch in desperate pursuit of 'revenge'

Spanish FA chiefs have revealed they chose Seville to host Scotland in their Euro 2024 rematch because they are desperate for 'revenge' on Spain's National Day. holiday.

The Spanish FA stated: "We have approved that Seville will host the match against Scotland at the Estadio La Cartuja, This match will be an opportunity for revenge for the national team after the 2-0 loss in Glasgow in the first round of fixtures in the group. This will be an exciting match which takes place on Hispanic Day - the national day of Spain.

"The Estadio de La Cartuja is already well known by the national team, They won 6-0 against Croatia in the Nations League, which was won last week and also qualified for the World Cp there with a 1-0 win over Sweden.
