Scotland 22-34 Wales Women: Sisilia Tuipulotu shines again as Wales keep up winning start in Six Nations

Wales had their props to thank as they made it two wins from two in this year's TikTok Women's Six Nations with a hard-fought win over Scotland in Edinburgh.

Two tries apiece for props Sisilia Tuipulotu and Gwenllian Pyrs put them in the driving seat, before Ffion Lewis' late score made sure of victory at the death. For Tuipulotu, in particular, it was another stunning performance - her second player of the match award from two games, built upon strong work in the scrum and a startling number of metres made through contact.

After a dominant 31-5 win over Ireland to start their campaign last week, the trip to Edinburgh was always expected to be a closer affair - with their recent meeting at last year's World Cup decided by a last-minute penalty in favour of Wales.

Given how destructive a carrier the 19-year-old is, you can understand why Cunningham is keen to get the ball in her hands as often as possible in those red-zone areas.

Wales thought that they had another shortly after, with Sioned Harries reaching out to score from inches out 10 minutes later. However, a TMO review showed that the No. 8 had been offside before forcing her way over.
