Scarlets v Dragons Live: Kick-off time, TV channel and score updates

There will be a number of Wales Six Nations hopefuls on show in today's big Welsh derby between the Scarlets and Dragons RFC (5.15pm kick-off).

Warren Gatland names his squad for the Six Nations in a couple of weeks and this is a big chance for several players to impress the Wales management. The Scarlets have been boosted by the return of electric wing Blair Murray who has missed the last few fixtures with a hamstring problem.

Murray's return sees Ioan Lloyd drop to the bench with Ellis Mee on the other wing and Tom Rogers at full-back. Joe Roberts replaces Eddie James at centre with Johnny Williams partnering him in midfield.

Scotland lock Alex Craig starts for the Scarlets with Max Douglas pushed to blindside flanker and Taine Plumtree starting at No 8 in place of Vaea Fifita who drops to the replacements' bench. The Scarlets will be desperate to get back on the winning trail after their crushing last-gasp defeat to the Ospreys last time out, while a victory would keep them in the race for a United Rugby Championship play-off place.

For the Dragons Wales hooker Elliot Dee makes his first start of the season after recovering from an ankle injury, while flanker Shane Lewis-Hughes plays just three weeks after having a finger amputated. Cai Evans starts at full-back with prodigious talent Huw Anderson moved to the wing, while Jared Rosser moves to the unfamiliar position of outside centre.

Interim Dragons head coach Filo Tiatia has also returned after spending Christmas in New Zealand. Today's match is being shown live on S4C and Premier Sports or you call follow live updates in our blog below.
