Pau v Ospreys live: TV channel, start time and score updates

The Ospreys travel to France to take on Pau in a bid to secure a home tie in the knockout stages of the Challenge Cup.

Mark Jones' side have already qualified for the round of 16 but a victory will guarantee a home fixture and put them in a better position to go deeper into the competition. Jones has made 10 changes to the side which comfortably beat Newcastle Falcons last weekend, with wing Ryan Conbeer returning from injury to make his first appearance since October.

There is also a fresh centre pairing of Evardi Boshoff and Owen Williams. Kieran Hardy starts at scrum-half while new Wales squad member Dan Edwards wears the number 10 shirt. Elsewhere, Iestyn Hopkins replaces Jack Walsh at full-back, while loosehead prop Steffan Thomas, hooker Lewis Lloyd and lock James Fender also come into the starting XV.

Wales captain Jac Morgan reverts to openside flanker, with Justin Tipuric dropping out of the 23 while Morgan Morse and James Ratti come into the backrow.
