Bukayo Saka has revealed a desire to replicate Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang’s goalscoring form for Arsenal following the striker’s departure.
The Gabon international signed for the Gunners in January 2018 in a big-money move from Borussia Dortmund. He enjoyed a fantastic first two-and-a-half-seasons at Arsenal, subsequently earning a new contract.
However, he dropped off from there before disciplinary problems led to a breakdown in his relationship with boss Mikel Arteta. In fact, Arsenal decided to get rid earlier this season.
Aubameyang therefore moved to Barcelona on a free transfer. The 32-year-old has flourished under Xavi, scoring 10 goals in 16 appearances.
