A Wales player is set to address the press today ahead of the match against Japan this weekend. Cymru kicked off the Steve Tandy era last weekend but unfortunately lost to Argentina in Cardiff.

While seven tries were conceded against Los Pumas, there were plenty of positives to take from the Welsh performance, with ex-captain Sam Warburton highlighting the team's resilience in the closing stages, even when the game was lost. At times, Wales defended well and portrayed some solid attacking shape, with Tomos Williams' try a taste of what this team are capable of. Although, there is still a long way to go.

However, a major casualty from this game was captain Jac Morgan, who sustained an autumn-ending dislocated shoulder. It was a huge shame, with the flanker having put in a superb performance until the match-ending dislocation occurred. Harri Deaves was called up as his replacement.
