Ruben Amorim adds new Man United striker to shortlist as talks held over free transfer
Manchester United have been busy in the summer transfer window without making a single signing ahead of a crucial period of Ruben Amorim's reign at the club.
Six months after joining the club and replacing Erik ten Hag, Amorim is now more than aware of the job on his hands. Despite failing to turn around United's Premier League form, the club could still make the season a success.

Fiorentina striker Moise Kean has been added to United's striker shortlist after catching the eye with his performances in Italy. The 25-year-old has scored 25 goals for I Viola and has attracted interest from Europe's top clubs.
His contract in Florence includes a €50million (£42.5m) release clause which is active for the first 15 days of July. Italian outlet Foot Mercato have claimed that Kean is viewed as an affordable option for United if they don't qualify for the Champions League.
MEN Sport's Josh Holland says: "Kean has come on leaps and bounds since leaving Everton, scoring goals for Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and now Fiorentina.
"In England, he didn't really impress but he was young. Now, he is scoring goals for fun so interest in him is not surprising, but I'm not sure that United should be in for him.
