Roy Keane involved in furious altercation after Man United match - 'Wait in the car park'
Former Manchester United captain Roy Keane appeared to ask an Ipswich Town fan to meet him 'in the car park' during a fiery clash following their 1-1 draw at Portman Road.
The confrontation ensued when Keane left the broadcast area where he and his colleagues - Kelly Cates, Izzy Christensen, and Jamie Redknapp -were positioned to approach a supporter who had descended from the stands. Keane seemed to gesticulate towards the pitch during a terse exchange before heading back with the murmur of jeers from Ipswich fans in his ears.
According to Mail Online, one fan took things further by shouting from the upper tier, "F*** you Keane", as production staff ushered him back into place. And in new footage posted online, the former Republic of Ireland midfielder appears to ask the supporter to meet him in the car park.
