Roscommon stun Tyrone to book All-Ireland quarter final place

Roscommon stunned Tyrone with a shock 0-14 to 0-12 win at O'Neills Healy Park as they booked their place in the All-Ireland SFC quarter-finals.

A major upset saw the Red Hands crash to a first ever championship defeat to the Connacht men, who fully deserved their two points success.

Donie Smith, Conor Cox and Diarmuid Murtagh all fired over brilliant points to give their side a 0-9 to 0-3 interval lead.

Tyrone fought back through Darragh Canavan and Darren McCurry, but late scores from Murtagh and Daire Cregg sealed it for the Rossies
