Ronda Rousey absolutely bodied Triple H during WWE debut match

Ronda Rousey made her WWE in-ring debut at WrestleMania 34, teaming with Kurt Angle to take on Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

Ronda may not have made her in-ring debut until April 2018, but she actually started her WWE run at the Royal Rumble that January, but didn’t wrestle until April.

2018 wasn’t when Ronda made her first appearance though, as actually back at WrestleMania 31 in 2015, Rousey appeared for an in-ring segment with The Rock.

However, as noted, Rousey shared the ring with Angle, McMahon and Triple H, and the four individuals arguably stole the show.

Fans were blown away by how Rousey, like Kurt Angle back in the 1990s, took to wrestling incredibly quickly.

It was one particular moment in the match, featuring Rousey and Triple H, that really caught the attention of fans.

During the match, Rousey squared off with HHH, as can be seen below, which made her feel like a serious threat within WWE.

Ronda leathered ‘The Game’ with several strikes, even getting him up for a judo throw, before Stephanie McMahon ruined that.

Ronda was able to get her hands on HHH though, reversing a Pedigree attempt from the WWE COO into an armbar, which Stephanie also interrupted.

As noted, the match went over incredibly well with fans, and to be honest, was thought to be one of the best matches of the entire night.

Things went from strength to strength for Ronda, and she was even able to be involved in the first women’s main event at WrestleMania 35 the following year alongside Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair.
