Romain Grosjean tells Mick Schumacher to 'relax and take his time' amid rising pressure
Former Haas driver Romain Grosjean feels that Mick Schumacher is under a lot of pressure from his team but needs to enjoy racing more and hold off on too much pace.
The 23-year-old Schumacher has been under pressure to claim his first points for Haas this season, while his teammate Kevin Magnussen has picked up a few. Two bad crashes by Schumacher have seen Haas boss Guenther Steiner voice his annoyance publicly at the enormous financial expense of fixing the young driver's car.

In an interview with Speedweek, when asked about what he thought of Schumacher's situation, Grosjean said: "It's not easy for him this year. And the situation at Haas does not help because their rivals are getting stronger.
"I'm sure Mick always has Kevin's points in mind, with fifth place at the start of the season the highlight, but Haas isn't that good anymore. It's a bit typical of Haas seasons; they tend to fall behind after a good start.
"When Mick tries too hard to repeat performances like in Bahrain, then mistakes happen. He should just relax and take his time. Sometimes in F1, the bottom line is a little slower means that better results."
Haas boss Steiner has confirmed that "there will be another upgrade planned for the Hungarian Grand Prix weekend. After that, we'll concentrate on the 2023 car."
