Rochelle Humes was 'in a bad way' and recalls feeling 'violently sick' in BBC Strictly Come Dancing update

Rochelle Humes has told how she was "in a bad way" after her Strictly Come Dancing stint. The This Morning star's close friend JB Gill - who is in JLS with her husband Marvin Humes - is taking part in the BBC One dance show this year.
