Rochelle Humes says it was 'tough' amid This Morning return after jaw-dropping weekend appearance

Rochelle Humes made a 'tough' admission ahead of her return to This Morning. The presenter is back fronting the show on Monday (February 26) for the first time in weeks ahead of the new permanent hosts taking over.

It was announced earlier this month that Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley would be the new main presenters of the ITV daytime show from March. The pair will replace previous main hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby following their sudden exits within months of each other last year.

But before they take over from Monday to Thursday, with Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary still keeping their Friday slot, from March 11, a few of the show's familiar faces are taking the reins starting with Rochelle and Andi Peters.

Ahead of her return to screens, Rochelle took to her Instagram Story with a picture of her pilates mat as she squeezed in a workout before 6am. "The alarm was tough on a Monday morning but the feeling now is SO worth it!" the 35-year-old admitted before adding a 5.40am timestamp and tagging friend and pilates guru Bryony Deery.

It comes after Rochelle enjoyed a jam-packed weekend which featured her and her husband Marvin taking their three children - Alaia-Mai, Valentina and Blake - to London's balloon museum before celebrating a friend's birthday.

And speaking of the latter celebrating, mum-of-three didn't hold back with her outfit for the birthday events. Rochelle posed up a storm before meeting her pals and looked sensational as she was seen sporting a mesh off-the-shoulder top that boasted a see-through middle
