Rochelle Humes didn't look like someone who had just rolled out of bed as she looked incredible when posing in her pyjamas. The This Morning star took to social media with what has become a daily post as she admits it's helping her be held 'accountable'.

Rochelle previously explained how she's dedicated to getting back into her routine after a month-long break. The former The Saturdays singer had a fraught dash to the other side of the world back in early December as she feared missing her husband Marvin's exit from I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here.

She had to arrive later than his fellow campmates' friends and family. However, she arrived with days to spare as the JLS star's exit came just 48 hours before the ITV reality show's final. After enjoying a few days together in Oz, the couple headed straight for Dubai where they were later joined by their children - Alaia-Mai, Valentina and Blake - who Marvin had already spent four weeks away from for I'm A Celeb.

After some time in the UAE, the family-of-five headed over to the Maldives where they welcomed in the New Year and enjoyed the life of luxury for a bit longer before returning home for work and school last weekend.

And since being back on home soil, Rochelle has appeared keen to get a sense of routine into her life, starting with her regular moments on the mat as she's known to enjoy a good pilates session,
