Rochelle and Marvin Humes fans ask 'why' as they jump to couple's defence over holiday backlash

Fans have jumped to the defence of Rochelle and Marvin Humes after they shared some holiday snaps after returning home from their month-long break. It's actually been a couple of months since Marvin was on UK soil as he jetted off to Australia in mid-November.

The JLS star headed Down Under just days after he finished a huge arena tour with his bandmates - Aston Merrygold, Oritse Williams and JB Gill - as he signed up to the latest series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here where he joined the likes of This Morning's Josie Gibson and former Ukip leader Nigel Farage in camp.

Marvin, 38, remained in camp for almost the full three weeks, being voted out in fifth place just before the iconic Celebrity Cyclone trial. It came after emotional scenes saw him surprised by his wife Rochelle in the main camp when the final five were visited by their loved ones ahead of the final.

Following the end of the ITV reality show on December 10, after enjoying a few days together in Oz, the couple headed straight for Dubai where they were later joined by their children which provided a tear-jerking reunion for Marvin after he'd already spent four weeks away from the youngsters - Alaia-Mai, Valentina and Blake.

After some time in the UAE, the family-of-five headed over to the Maldives where they welcomed in the New Year and enjoyed the life of luxury for a bit longer before returning home for work and school over the weekend.
