Robert Whittaker reveals when he plans on making UFC return

UFC star Robert Whittaker has revealed when he plans on returning to the Octagon.

For the longest time now, Robert Whittaker has been viewed not just as one of the best fighters at middleweight, but as one of the best in the entire sport of mixed martial arts.

The 31-year-old continues to grow and improve with every passing performance and although he’s suffered two setbacks to Israel Adesanya, nobody else at 185 pounds has been able to get the best of him as he sits with a 12-2 record in the division.

Very few of his rivals have even been able to cause him problems and the scariest part is that he seems to be getting better year in and year out. If that doesn’t make him a man to be feared, we don’t know what will.

The big question for many fans right now is a very simple one: what’s next?

Whittaker has spoken candidly about wanting to move up to light heavyweight but he’s also still hungry to reclaim his middleweight gold, especially after he was able to dismantle Marvin Vettori so relentlessly at UFC Paris.

The aforementioned Adesanya will defend the strap against Alex Pereira at UFC 281 and ahead of that bout, Whittaker has taken to social media in order to update his fans on what the future holds.
