Risca road reopens after crash 'involving young boy'

Gwent Police were at the scene of a serious crash reportedly involving a "young boy".

An air ambulance is in attendance alongside personnel from the Welsh Ambulance Service. The crash closed Gelli Avenue, a residential road in Risca.

Police officers have taped off the road in both directions. The road has now reopened.
