Reigning champions Whitstable Town, Snodland Town, Tunbridge Wells and Faversham Strike Force progress from FA Vase second-round games
Reigning champions Whitstable left it late to see off second-round FA Vase hosts Infinity on Saturday.
Veteran midfielder Joe Healy put Jamie Coyle’s men into a half-time lead, only for the Southern Combination League Division 1 hosts to equalise through a second-half penalty.
But Whitstable substitute Dean Grant - cup-tied for Whitstable’s run to Wembley glory last campaign - came up with an injury-time winner to prevent the tie being decided on spot-kicks as it ended 2-1 in Sussex.
Snodland progressed thanks to a 4-2 success against Guernsey at home.
First-half goals from Emmanuel Shoderu and Harry Hudson were cancelled out by two penalties by prolific Guernsey striker Ross Allen.
But James Teodorescu restored the hosts’ advantage before Nathaniel Olawole rounded things off with a fourth for Snodland with 19 minutes to play.
Tunbridge Wells triumphed 4-0 at home to Sheerwater.
First-half goals by Rory Ward and Regan Corke put Steve Ives’ side in command, Christian Lawal striking in the second period, before D'Armando Lawrence got a stoppage-time fourth.
Faversham Strike Force delivered a five-star display against old foe SE Dons in front of a record 393-strong crowd at The Belmont.
Striker Alex Willis’ first-half double, the second a penalty, put Stuart Benfield’s side in control.
Inside five second-half minutes, Hayden Wood and Harry Taylor had also got in on the act before Khayrie Harris scored a sublime stoppage-time fifth in their 5-0 win.
Hythe were knocked out on penalties at home to Burnham as their miserable form continued.
Striker Steadman Callender put the Cannons into an eighth-minute advantage but the visitors hit back after the break, setting up a shootout that they won 4-3 at Reachfields.
