Recent Newcastle United arrival pledges to ‘write his name’ in club’s history books

Newcastle United January signing Bruno Guimaraes has revealed he wants to ‘write his name’ in the club’s history books, as the Magpies eye success following their big-money takeover.

Eddie Howe brought in several players during the winter window to bolster his ranks. Brazil midfielder Guimaraes was among them, arriving in a £40million deal from Lyon.

“I’m very happy, I hope more goals and good performances can come with the national team shirt. Without a doubt, today
