Rashford, Sancho and Mainoo - What Manchester United's players are doing this summer ahead of pre-season

Manchester United's players have the opportunity for a few weeks away from football this month.

Although the players at the club who represent the respective nations are currently on international duty, the rest of United's playing squad are on holiday. Erik ten Hag is also on holiday ahead of his much-anticpated return to Manchester.

Ten Hag isn't the only person connected to United that is now enjoying a break. United's players have recently flown across the world to recharge ahead of pre-season starting on June 27, and we've taken a closer look at what they're up to below.

Marcus Rashford

Marcus Rashford endured a difficult season at United, contributing just five goals and two assists in 32 appearances. Former interim manager Ralf Rangnick didn't take to Rashford, but the forward has the chance to revive his career under Ten Hag.

Rashford shared an update of himself training abroad in a gym this week and he'll be looking to right some wrongs next term. The academy graduate will soon be heading into the final year of his contract, albeit there is an option for an additional year.

Jadon Sancho

Jadon Sancho suffered a bout of tonsillitis at the end of the season, which meant he was sidelined for United's final four Premier League matches. However, he's since made a full recovery and he's been able to enjoy a break away from Manchester.

The winger has visited Paris, France and Montego Bay, Jamaica in recent weeks, but he's clearly keeping on top of his fitness.

Sancho shared a video of himself training on a spinning bike yesterday, a piece of equipment which he often uses at Carrington.
