It's been a relentless summer for Rangers but Michael Beale doesn't appear to be slowing down when it comes to signings.

An overhauled squad will get their first outing in front of a capacity Ibrox crowd as they face Newcastle United for Allan McGregor's testimonial - with the seven new recruits in with a change to make their debut. Danilo is facing a shifting picture at Feyenoord after Arne Slot shut the door on a move to Rangers until a replacement was found. The two clubs have still to reach an agreement on the size of the Brazilian's fee with Feyenoord holding out for a sum in excess of £6m, but the Ibrox side remain keen on a deal.

Feyenoord boss Arne Slot is refusing to let the 24-year-old to leave until he has cover in the Champions League with first choice striker Santiago Giminez suspended for the opening two group games. However, Slot did leave the door open for Mexican international to leave the club off the back of netting the winner for his county in the Gold Cup final against Panama.
