Rangers transfer news bulletin as Thomas Galdames skyrockets up agenda while Jose Cordoba collapse detailed

Rangers could turn their attention to Chilean defender Thomas Galdames after the £3million swoop for Jose Cordoba dramatically collapsed.

Philippe Clement looked set to make Levski Sofia defender Cordoba his second summer signing following on from the arrival of Brazilian left back Jefte.
