Rangers transfer news bulletin as Connor Barron deal lands loaded caveat amid Reuell Walters U turn
Barry Ferguson has warned Rangers over the signing of Connor Barron - as he questioned if the out of contract Aberdeen star would "strengthen" the Ibrox midfield.
Record Sport understands that the Scotland under-21 cap is set to make a decision on his future next week - with offers on the table from Serie A, England and the Light Blues. The Record Sport columnist Go Radio: “I think he’s a good young player, is he going to really strengthen the Rangers midfield? It’s difficult when you play for a team like Aberdeen and you come with the pressure and the amount of stuff that is on your shoulders, the demands and expectations.
"He’s a good player, at the price I would probably go and take a chance on him because when I’ve seen Aberdeen, he’s certainly impressed me. But, it is a whole different ball game when you go to Rangers.”
