Rangers transfer bulletin as Arsenal defender on radar and Ridvan Yilmaz sends clear message over Ibrox future

Philippe Clement has vowed that there will be a major overhaul at Rangers this summer - and is making good progress on that promise.

After wrapping up a deal to sign Fluminense wing-back Jefte - the Light Blues have now completed a deal for winger Oscar Cortes to return to the club from RC Lens. The Colombia international, who spent the second half of last season at Ibrox, has penned a one-year-loan deal with the club, with Rangers having an obligation to purchase him on a permanent transfer in 12 months time with a long-term contract kicking in at that point.

The Viaplay Cup winners' recruitment drive is showing no signs of slowing down, with Record Sport previously revealing that a club representative has jetted over to Mexico for a TransferRoom convention.
