Rangers player ratings as Scott Wright states his starting case and Danilo dazzles again
Rangers booked their spot in the Viaplay Cup Final against Aberdeen with a 3-1 victory over Hearts at Hampden this afternoon. Skipper James Tavernier led the way with a double as he netted the opener from the spot after 50 minutes before smashing home a stunning free kick for the clincher after sub Scott Wright had fired home a second.

CONNOR GOLDSON 7 - Handled the threat of Shankland and Vargas with ease as Rangers limited Hearts to scraps before late penalty.
LEON BALOGUN 7 - Preferred to Ben Davies and won some important headers in his box early on, took a sore one blocking Sibbick effort but recovered to stroll game.
BORNA BARISIC 7 - Back from injury and enjoyed easy afternoon defensively while providing the usual outlet going forward on left. DRew late save from Clark.
RYAN JACK 8 - Neat touches around Hearts box helped
