Rangers fans reckon Brendan Rodgers is set for a horror sequel at Celtic Park.
But Hoops punters hit back and suggested it’s their rivals who should be hiding behind the couch as the Godfather is back. Michael Edmonds, Northampton, said: “Caller John Bruce said Rodgers’ return will finish up being a horror movie as the sequel is never as good as the original. Let me remind him that the classic movie The Godfather won three Oscars, and it’s sequel doubled that tally and won six.”
Henry Moffat, Stirling, said: “In 40 years supporting Celtic I have never seen Rangers fans as gutted and in fear as with this Rodgers return. This is a better manager with two top five finishes and an FA cup returning to a much better squad than first time. Last year was purely down to financial trouble at Leicester. Add in £50m and guaranteed Champions League football and it is obvious why the Celtic fans are buzzing with anticipation.” John Stuart, Blantyre, said: “The Rangers supporters on the Hotline have brightened up my morning. They should look at their own manager and see what he has done and won – nothing.” Kenny Wilson, Moffat, said: “Rangers fans are beginning to realise that their team of players no one has heard of and serial losers with a manager who
