Los Angeles Rams offensive lineman Alaric Jackson has dodged criminal charges, but his NFL career remains in serious jeopardy.
Just weeks after his late-night domestic violence arrest, the 27-year-old left tackle is walking away without facing a single charge.

According to the New York Post, prosecutors have declined to pursue the case stemming from Jackson's June 9 arrest in Los Angeles.

While the District Attorney's Office previously declined to file felony charges, the city attorney has now passed on misdemeanor charges as well.
The Post also reported that Jackson's pregnant girlfriend voluntarily dismissed her temporary restraining order.
According to police, the dispute began after Jackson believed she was secretly recording him on her cell phone. During an alleged struggle over the device, Jackson allegedly left scratch marks on her arm. He was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence and later released on $50,000 bond.
