Punchestown 'hopeful' but will inspect on Wednesday
Punchestown will conduct a Wednesday morning inspection to determine if the scheduled fixture can go ahead.
The County Kildare track is currently heavy following inclement conditions, while parts of the course are waterlogged.
A statement from Punchestown read: "Following 36mm of rain since entries, Punchestown is currently heavy.
"As parts of the track are waterlogged there will be a 7.30am inspection on Wednesday 23rd February to determine if the fixture scheduled for that day can go ahead."
However, clerk of the course, Brendan Sheridan, said that he is "hopeful" that racing will go ahead with favourable weather forecasts predicted.
